Ashley VanVeenendaal grew up in Pennsylvania where she started dancing at the age of 3 in all genres. Once she hit age 12, she realized her passion and incline towards ballet. She has studied with the Joffrey Ballet, Boston Ballet, Orlando Ballet and Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre to name just a few. She left home at the age of 15 to dance professionally with the Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre for 4 years. After taking some time away from the dance world, she is ready to step back in and teach the younger generation. She looks forward to working with the wonderful students of and joining Envision Dance Studio for this upcoming season.
